Personal Project: Transportation Tracker

Beyond case studies, I actively pursue personal projects to strengthen my UI/UX skills. One of these is a public transportation tracker, a project I’ve been developing over the past few months to explore real-time user flows, accessibility, and city-wide usability challenges.

L.A Public Transportation – Real-Time Transit Quality Tracker

This is an ongoing project where I'm designing a mobile app to let LA Metro’s 10M+ riders rate real-time bus and train conditions—like cleanliness, crowding, and safety. As a UCLA student, I’ve often wished for a live tracker with community-sourced updates. Too often, buses are overcrowded ultimately leading to skipped bus stops, this translates to long waits and frustrating delays. This app aims to make public transit more transparent and rider-friendly.
